Seared scallops, Dungeness crab, black tiger prawns, New England mussels and basa fish in a coconut broth with celery, carrots, ginger, green onions topped with chili peppers (optional if you want it spicy) served with Jasmine rice

ABOUT ART CONCORDIA:
Artnelson Concordia has been an educator for San Francisco’s Unified School District for the past 18 years and leads the district’s High School Ethnic Studies Program. He has been organizing and working with the Filipino-American community for over two decades and helped found the Excelsior District’s Filipino Community Center. Art has been cooking and grilling since back in the day in his hometown of Echo Park, Los Angeles. He is a proud family man married to founder of Papalodown public relations agency and a father of 4 handsome children.
