Thank you for Making the 7 Mile House 2nd Annual Jazz Fest A Huge Success!

Featuring 10 bands in 12 hours, we hosted an impressive lineup of this year’s Bay Area jazz musicians and ensembles. With staging by Argent Event Productions, we transformed the auto shop next door into an intimate, premier jazz venue that created a unique outdoor experience. We at 7 Mile House are committed to hosting our yearly Jazz Fest and promise to blow your mind each and every year. Watch out for the 2020 date you won’t want to miss!

The 2nd Annual 7 Mile House Jazz Fest 2019 was sponsored by The California Jazz Conservatory, The Stanford Jazz Workshop, Gelb Music, Argent Event Productions, SF Weekly and KCSM Jazz 91, with hosts, Alisa Clancy, Leslie Stoval, Dick Conte and Chris Cortez.

The great cultural and ethnic diversity of the Bay Area is definitely on display at these festivals. The attendees were definitely witness to the art form presented at its best. We rarely get to see each other perform, as most of us have to travel fairly wide to spread the art to the many supporters and fans.

THANK YOU, JON!

The 7 Mile House Jazz Festivals are curated by Musical Director Jon Krosnick, whom we owe a great deal of gratitude.

Thank you, Jon, for your selflessness, positive energy and musical genius that drives this Jazz Fest every year!

This festival has quickly become one of the coolest jazz events of the year in the Bay Area, where jazz is part of the cultural fabric...the amazing musicians on the bill are among the region’s top players, and bringing them all together on the same stage is very special for Bay Area jazz fans. We’re excited to bring this talent to the community for a second year.

We’re proud of the jazz program we’ve built at 7 Mile House over the past decade, and have always celebrated Jazz Appreciation Month in April with great performances and fun events...Last year, we turned up the volume and brought the local jazz community together for our first one-day festival. This is now an annual tradition kicking off the Jazz Fest season as our contribution to keep the local jazz scene thriving.
