This year’s Ube Bake Off Crown went to Grace Gascon with yummy Mo' Ube Mochi Bars: Ube butter mochi that sits on Graham cracker crust, drizzled w/ white chocolate Ube ganache & Ube polvorone crumbles!

Grace started her small business during the pandemic and sells at pop ups EVERY WEEKEND while working her day job during the week. She dreams of leaving the corporate world and baking full time. This win will definitely help make this happen!

You can now order Grace’s dessert now until the end of November for $8, which includes 2 Mo’Ube Mochi Bars with Vanilla ice cream. And if it sells like hotcakes (or mochi bars!) , we migt just extend its availability!
