Exclusive use of “Karrine’s Happy Place” (KHP), a beautifully designed wooden deck area featuring a wine barrel firepit, outdoor heaters, TV and speakers.
Private space where only the host and their guests are allowed to enter during the duration of the reservation.
F&B Minimum $2,000 plus tax and gratuity. No rental fee.
Food options:

Buffet set up available at KHP for maximum 36 people due to space. Click HERE for catering menu.
Beverage options:
Non-alcoholic drinks will be automatically added to the bill
Non-hosted bar (guests pay for their own alcoholic drinks via QR code or server)
Hosted bar (open bar or limited selection)
Non-refundable $100 deposit required
Maximum 3 hours. Fees apply for additional hours.

who is karrine?
*KHP is dedicated to our beloved long-time employee, Karrine Yee, who passed away at a tender age of 30 years old during the beginning of the pandemic in May 2020. A bartender and car enthusiast, Karrine started as a server at 21 years old then became a bar manager. This beautiful woman was well-loved by both staff and her regulars and is missed by all of us every day. Karrine called 7 Mile House her “happy place”. A memorial plaque adorns the deck area with her name and her signature piston tattoo.
