7 mile house buy-out
If you'd like to book a buyout (reserve the entire restaurant for your private party), here are the details:
A $500 non-refundable rental fee is due at time of reservation.
Fridays: $1,200 minimum spend per hour
Saturdays and Sundays: $1,100 minimum spend per hour
Weekdays: $900 minimum spend per hourMinimum spend will be applied towards food and drinks and does not include tax and gratuity.
Host must add 1 hour before for set up. For example, a party on a Saturday from 7pm-11pm:
4 hours + 1 hour set up = 5 hours x $ $1,100 = $5,500 minimum plus tax and gratuity
Parties must be booked with minimum 3 hours.
If the event goes beyond the scheduled hours stated on the contract, the host will incur additional charges at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Food will be served buffet style and/or pass around hors d’ oevres.
Live music or DJs are permitted and must be pre-approved by 7 Mile House.
For parties that go past 10pm, the host must provide security from a reputable security company, and must be pre-approved by 7 Mile House.
Host must provide a credit card on hold for incidentals and damages.
