CUSTOM PARTY MENU

Set Up and Flow:

  1. Tables are set up with appetizer plates, utensils, water and menus at each place setting.

  2. Shared appetizers are served 15-30 minutes after the start of the event. Each table is served the three appetizers you choose.

  3. Guests are asked about their beverage order as they arrive.

  4. Once seated, guests’ entree orders are taken.

  5. If slices of desserts have been chosen, guests are asked for their dessert orders later in the service.
