BRISBANE, CA, February 2, 2016 – As Super Bowl 50 approaches its golden anniversary in the Golden State, the historic 7 Mile House, is celebrating its 163rd year in business with a “Puppy Bowl”! On Saturday, February 6th, dogs can team up in a stadium-like play area, hungry pups can feast on free gourmet meals off the “doggie dish” menu between 1 pm and 5 pm. For those looking to adopt, Mighty Mutts Rescue is bringing puppies in need of a home. Proud pet-owners can enter their canine friends into the “Best Dressed Furry Football Fan” costume contest with prizes from Wag Hotels.

“This is an exciting anniversary for us as we pride ourselves on being one of the best and oldest sports bars in the area, and celebrating our 163rd Anniversary along with Super Bowl weekend is icing on the cake!” said Vanessa Garcia, Owner, 7 Mile House, "As a dog-friendly restaurant, we partnered with Mighty Mutts Rescue to hold our first ever ‘Puppy Bowl’ Pet Adoption Day to help homeless pups get a new home over the weekend.
