7 Mile’s Kitchen Boss, Roxy!

Roxana Caballero is 7 Mile’s Head Cook and has been with 7 Mile for 16 years. She started as a janitor and worked her way up to not only become 7 Mile’s “Kitchen Boss” but has become the rock of our working families.

Ever since 7 Mile had to shut down for the winter on Dec. 19, 2020 to ensure viability, Roxy has been thinking of ways to support her family. Here’s her solution: Cook her own specialties for all to enjoy while supporting her family during this pandemic.

Since we started Roxy's Kitchen 3 weeks ago, she has been greeted with so much love and support that she has decided to continue to offer her homemade dishes even after 7 Mile opens on Jan. 20! Thanks to all our supporters, you have ignited her entrepreneurial spirit, inspired her to create from home and greatly helped a hard-working family put food on both your and their table!!!❤🥰👨‍👩‍👦‍👦
