Join us at 7 Mile House’s 7th Annual Adobo Cook Off For A Cause, the most celebrated fundraiser during Filipino American History Month at 7 Mile!

This year’s beneficiary is the GLBTQ+ Asian Pacific Alliance (GAPA) Men’s Chorus, a group that uplifts queer Asian and Pacific Islander men through music, community, and shared experience. All proceeds from this event go directly to GAPA.

Filipino Adobo refers to a method of marinating and stewing any cut of meat or fish in a briny mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, and spices.

Cost:

$45 (early bird) until Aug. 16, 2025 AT 10AM

$50 at the door

What do ticket holders get?

• A serving of each adobo entry from 11AM to 12PM

• Unlimited Jasmine rice
