An Interview from the Heart

I've always said restaurant people are crazy because there is no way we are in this industry unless we LOVE IT. Every one of the local mom and pop eateries you know pours their heart, soul, blood, sweat, tears, personal sacrifices and savings just to get the satisfaction of your smile.

I hope you support as many restaurants, food trucks and catering companies as you can especially when shelter in place is lifted for our struggle to survive is real. This is an uphill climb and with your help, we will emerge stronger, happier, healthier than ever.

Thank you to Kostas Lazanas and Cheetah for publishing interviews about restaurateurs' struggles during the pandemic that touch so many hearts along the way and bring a very personal perspective to what we do.
