And our Adobo Cookoff Critic's Choice Award went to Aurora Garcia with her "Braised Garlic Pork Adobo"!
We raised $1200 for this year's chosen non-profit recipient, Pistahan Parade and Festival, an annual celebration of Filipino Food and Culture, led by one of our favorite people, Al Perez. Thank you to all our guests who supported our event. It was so satisfying to see that you enjoyed all the yummy Adobo recipes from our 5 amazing home cooks.
